Cancellation Policy

To cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. While we don't cancel events for cloudy skies, we provide additional astronomy content not offered on clear nights, such as breakdowns of astronomy gear and presentations on star formations. In the case of adverse weather conditions, including high winds, rain, or snow, or unforeseen astronomical events such as an asteroid impact or alien attack, cancellations are allowed, and a full refund will be issued.
